Carrot Cake

It takes a household and a little yellow step stool to help stir up that pot of daikon/turnip mixed with flour to make carrot cake (chinese style, not the western dessert!).   I forgot to take a picture of the yummy end product but if you don’t know what Chinese carrot cake looks like, I found an image from the web…
