Wallace Falls State Park is within an hour drive from Seattle in the city of Gold Bar off highway 2. There are a total of three waterfalls that make up Wallace Falls: lower, middle and upper. We were blessed with warm and sunny weather. It was a beautiful hike and very manageable. We are rating this hike as one of our top 5.
Always start your hike with a little yummy in your tummy (in this case, Antje’s homemade spam musubi)
See the Middle Falls up there? That’s where we’ll be heading.
But first, let’s check out Lower Falls and beyond
The best part of every hike – lunch time!
Middle Falls – it was spectacular!
The boys don’t look too bad themselves
Bird’s eye view from the Middle Falls
Looking down from the Middle Falls to the Lower …
Antje is going to kill me for posting this photo but its so darn cute!
