Lanzhou La Mian (handmade noodles)

I've been dying to try some homemade "hand pulled" noodles on our trip to Shanghai. Tonight, Mag and I found a little noodle shop near our bed and breakfast that made a bowl of noodles to order. See the chef in action. The noodle was 6 Yuan for a large bowl of beef noodles. That's less than $1 USD. Not only was it ridiculously cheap, it was also extremely tasty. Mag said it was the best noodles she has ever had and that means its really good.
