Pender Island – Day 4

After breakfast, we took a little walk outside the resort grounds.  There are a few artists located close by with studios open to the public.  We also came across a quaint little church.  For the afternoon, we signed up for a boat tour with Tara who took the 2 of us out on a 20 ft bowrider around the island for a couple of hours.  We spotted 2 bald eagles, many seals and even an elephant seal!  It was the most memorable part of our trip.  I got the itch to get me a little bowrider someday…
